„Beim Intel Core i9-12900KS muss man leider von einem arg überteuerten Prozessor sprechen. Die als Tray- und Boxed-Version erhältliche CPU ist dennoch ein Spitzenmodell und nur deshalb hat es auch seine Daseinsberechtigung. Nichtsdestotrotz bringt der ebenfalls im Test unter die Lupe genommene AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D Prozessor einen höheren Nutzen für Gamer, die über eine sehr flotte Grafikkarte verfügen.“

★☆☆☆☆ Kaum mehr Leistung

Diese CPU ist nicht wirklich leistungsstark. Die 10nm CPUs sind veraltet und DDR5 ist zu kostspielig und langsam. Die Motherboards für diese CPU sind ebenfalls teuer. Die Latenz von DDR5 ist enttäuschend. Ich würde empfehlen, derzeit auf AMD CPUs zu setzen.
